How to Claim Your Pass
Reach out yo the event at least 30 days before their event date.
Passes are non-transferable, hold no monetary value, may not be sold, and are valid for one general-admission to the listed event. Reach out to the event for more information.

Sponsor a part of Swingover
Prior to the event, we will promote you or your company’s name via social media, newsletters, in person announcements, and on the event website every time your sponsored item is mentioned.
At the event, we will place a picture and/or logo at the part of Swingover you sponsor. You are also welcome to provide any promotional materials to be displayed at our merchandise table during that time as well. You or your company’s name will also be announced and thanked throughout the weekend.

Westibombing is part of our community’s DNA—it’s why our pre- and post-party celebrations take us out into the city. We love sharing our roots with everyone who joins our house party… I mean, event! We dance anywhere and everywhere, but we know concrete isn’t the kindest surface. If last year’s setup wasn’t ideal, we hear you. This year, we want to provide a real dance floor, and your support can make that happen.
